2️⃣ Fun across the 5 pillars of midlife. Fun isn't limited to just one aspect of our lives. It can touch the key pillars of midlife, including health, fitness, career, relationships, and legacy. From exercising together to volunteering, fun can touch all these areas and bring fulfillment into your life in midlife.
3️⃣ Fun is for everyone at any age. Contrary to popular belief, fun is not just for children. People at any age, especially in our 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond are recognizing the importance of play and fun in our lives. Fun enriches social connections, improves brain health, and creates a sense of community.
